No, you won’t receive new physical tags monthly. Your subscription covers ongoing access to our secure platform, notification alerts, and support. You’ll receive your scannable collar tag, AirTag case, and stickers just once—no extra shipping every month.

What if I want to cancel the monthly subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, the QR code will be deactivated, meaning:
- Finders won't be able to access your pet's profile when they scan the tag
- You won't receive location notifications or messages
- The secure messaging system will no longer function
However, you can reactivate your subscription anytime to restore full functionality. We designed it this way because maintaining the secure platform, servers, and privacy features requires ongoing resources.
What materials are used, and are they safe for pets?
We use TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) for the AirTag case, PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) for the collar tag, and vinyl for our stickers—each chosen for durability, weather-resistance, and pet safety.
Why does a QR code need ongoing subscription service?
The QR code itself is just a gateway to our secure platform. When someone scans your pet's tag, they're accessing:

- Encrypted messaging system for safe communication
- Location tracking that sends you notifications

What if my collar tag or AirTag case breaks?
We offer free replacements for life. If you notice any damage, just get in touch and we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
How does scanning the tag help reunite me with my pet?
When someone finds your dog or cat, they simply scan the code using a smartphone camera. Your pet’s secure online profile loads and a chat can be opened up instantly notifying you with your pet’s approximate location while keeping both parties’ personal details private.
Will I get real-time GPS tracking?
Our system relies on location updates triggered by a scan and chat opening—so while it’s not continuous GPS, you’ll receive an immediate notification alert whenever someone scans your pet’s code. If you choose to insert an actual AirTag (with our waterproof holder), you can also utilise Apple’s location features for an extra layer of tracking.
